NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT As a condition of access to the Defence Geospatial Information Working Group (DGIWG) Portal System users agree to the following terms. - I agree not to reveal to any person or entity, or make any use of for other than promoting the interoperability of geospatial information and services between the defense organizations of member nations, any commercially valuable non-public information that is in connection with the DGIWG Portal System; - I understand this obligation shall continue as to any specific information until such time, if ever, as that information becomes publicly known, other than as a result of unauthorized release; - I understand that if found in violation of this agreement my access to the Portal may be immediately revoked. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom under English law, exclusive of its rules governing choice of law and conflicts of law.
The DGIWG Portal provides DGIWG members and approved liaison organization members access to the extended DGIWG Knowledge Base and to the Forums used by Technical Panels for the development of DGIWG standards. Membership is restricted. To obtain membership you must submit the completed form and be approved by your national DGIWG representative. See the FAQ for who qualifies for membership.
Access to the protected part of the DGIWG website is restricted to authorized users from member nations and liaison bodies. The member-only site exists to support DGIWG activities; therefore, access to this site is restricted to those persons who play an active role in these activities. Persons must contact their respective National body (or liaison body if applicable) via this webform for approval.
